What is a Service Charge?

The service charge helps cover the costs of doing business: office staff, utilities, insurance, office supplies, day to day operations, fuel, maintenance, etc. and does not include gratuity.  100% of the gratuity added onto the bill will go to the staff that worked the event and/or covered the kitchen.
