How does delivery/setup work?

Delivery/Setup:
Any delivery charges will be based on proximity. Outside a 10-mile radius, Sunday or very early morning or late evening deliveries may require additional charge. Breakfast is a minimum of $200. We are closed for most major holidays.
(All setups include biodegradable paper ware, plastic cutlery, and serving ware.)

Disposable= Flat delivery charge
Monday-Friday corporate hours Full Set up = 16% service charge
After hours Full Set up = 20% service charge
